At the moment, we have no openings for Interim Ministers. One American couple are only a few months into a 3-year appointment at a UK church, so we don’t expect that church to have a need in the near-term. We completed ministry at 2 UK churches and 1 Spanish church in 2025. However, we have recently sorted out how to meet more strenuous UK visa regulations with the help of a UK lawyer who specializes in immigration. We are now ready to present details about our new arrangement for providing short-term interim ministry help to UK churches.

Short-term Interim Ministers from America usually serve in assignments of approximately 6 months. The goal of AIPM is to help those churches reach people with the Gospel message and grow spiritually and numerically.

Experienced American pastors and other church staff member as well as God-called lay leaders have the skills and experience to do the work of Interim Minister. Because cultural differences are significant, a comprehensive orientation is given before the initial assignment. This helps shorten the start-up period and achievement of significant results despite the brevity of the assignment.
